OPAC catalogo nazionale del Servizio Bibliotecario Nazionale (SBN) (national catalogue of the National Library Service) augmented with about 300,000 documents and 1,500,000 entries, mostly sound recordings, as a result of data migration from the Central Institute for Sound and Audiovisual Heritage (ICBSA) to the general Index

National Discography of the Italian song documenting the related discographic production from the beginning of the twentieth century to the present day. It is primarily a retrospective database allowing users to retrace the discographic history of the Italian song from the early publications on 78rpm records to the vinyl waning era (1990-91) and the appearance of the compact disc (in 1982).

ICBSA and Wikimedia Italy collaborate in the creation and editing of Wikipedia’s entries concerning the Italian song heritage and twentieth-century Italian songwriters and performers. They also curate the dissemination of catalogue contents, as well as of the sound and audiovisual collections of the institute through Wikimedia related projects  (Wikidata and Wikimedia Commons in particular). This activity is carried out by a “resident Wikipedian” as part of the overall creation of the Portal to the Italian songs.
